BOOKING POLICY
2 night minimum stay, 3 nights for bank holiday weekends.

We accept bookings for one couple or a family with 2 adults and up to 2 children.

CHECK IN / OUT
Check in is at 3pm, check out 12 noon.
PAYMENT METHOD
We will arrange payment by BACS at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations should be sent to us at your earliest convenience via email.
Cancellations up to 12 noon 7 days before check in date 100% refund - £10 admin fee
Cancellations thereafter 50% of total booking value + £25 cleaning fee is refundable
Cancellations on day of check in 0% of total booking value + £25 cleaning fee is refundable
You must NOT come and stay if you are suffering any COVID symptoms or you or your family are quarantining.
Any stays affected by government imposed COVID travel restrictions will be refunded. (minus £10 admin fee)
DOGS
We have a dog and are happy to accommodate a well behaved dog and owners.
Just let us know at time of booking if you intend to bring a dog.
We would ask that they are kept off the furniture and you clean up after them.
The New Forest has cattle, donkeys, ponies and even pigs roaming free so please bare this in mind and keep your dog under control.
POOL
We have a heated swimming pool in our back garden, which is open mid May to October.
This is shared access with the host family. The pool is unsupervised and
does not have a fence around it so you cannot leave children
unattended in the pool area at any time. The depth is 1.25m.
Use of the pool is at your own risk.
THE GYM
We have a family gym in an outside annex with multi gym, treadmill and recumbent cycle. You can use this whilst here, just let us know and please wipe down the equipment after use.
Children must be accompanied when in the gym.
Use of the gym is at your own risk.
TOWELS & BEDDING
We provide bedding for the king, single and double sofa bed.
Please can you bring your own towels - don't forget your beach towels!
CLEANING FEE
We currently charge a small cleaning fee of £25 regardless of length of stay.
